Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to uh77 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Players.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. uh77 enforces a minimum age of 21, which is above the legal threshold in many jurisdictions, in line with our commitment to responsible gaming and the protection of younger adults.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where such prohibition would render your use of uh77 unlawful.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of uh77 or any of its affiliate companies, game content providers, or payment processing partners.
6. You must not be self-excluded from uh77 or any affiliated gaming platform, and must not have an active account already registered on uh77.
7. You must register with accurate, truthful, and current personal information. The provision of false details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Account Responsibilities

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on uh77 at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited at uh77's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. uh77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Notify uh77 immediately at support@uh77.click if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keep your registered contact details — including your email address and phone number — current and accurate at all times.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any balance held within it to any other person.

uh77 reserves the right to request proof of identity and to temporarily restrict Account activity pending verification at any time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals or honouring bonus claims.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on uh77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Certain payment channels may carry a higher minimum; the applicable limit is displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt by the Platform.
• E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant.
• uh77 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited on uh77 may only be used for wagering purposes. Depositing funds for the purpose of currency exchange or money transfer is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum per single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 for standard accounts; higher limits may apply to VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 1–5 minutes. During peak hours (19:00–23:00 WIB), processing may extend to 15 minutes.
• uh77 does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount requested will be credited to your nominated account.
• uh77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Winnings derived from wagers placed with Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

uh77 offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting competitions including the BRI Liga 1 season, Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x–25x the bonus amount) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated on each promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute 10%–20%. The exact contribution schedule is published on the Promotions page.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method per promotional period.
• Minimum Odds: Sportsbook bonuses may require bets to be placed at minimum odds (e.g., Asian Handicap at -0.5 or better). Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Abuse Prevention: uh77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if we determine that a promotion has been exploited through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Players must opt in to promotions where indicated. Bonuses will not be applied retrospectively.

Betting & Game Rules

All wagers placed on uh77 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. General principles applicable across all betting and gaming activity are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. uh77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except where the Platform has made a manifest error in presenting odds or game information.
• Manifest Error: uh77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of odds or information that was published in error (e.g., incorrect ma rgins, inverted scores, or game start times). Players will be notified if a bet is voided and the stake will be returned in full.
• Sportsbook settlement follows official competition results. If an official result is amended by the governing body within 72 hours of the event conclusion, uh77 will re-settle affected bets.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules published by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.). These rules are accessible from within each game lobby.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each title.
• Togel draws follow the official schedules and results from the designated draw pools. Results are published on the Platform within 5 minutes of the official draw conclusion.
• uh77 does not accept liability for bet placement failures due to User connectivity issues, browser incompatibility, or device malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement, entitling uh77 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and forfeit any balances held therein:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing uh77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to engage in fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or third-party software to place bets or harvest data.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms to guarantee profit (excluding legitimate mix parlay accumulator strategies within uh77 itself).
• Depositing funds that were obtained through illegal activity, or using uh77 for money-laundering purposes.
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated play, opposite betting, or wagering patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine risk.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uh77 staff via live chat, email, or any other channel.

KYC & Verification

uh77 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. To this end, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts. The KYC process may be initiated at any time, including but not limited to:

• Upon first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits exceed Rp 10.000.000 within a 30-day period.
• When Account activity triggers our internal risk and compliance monitoring systems.
• At random intervals as part of routine compliance audits.

During KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID (KTP), Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driving license. The document must be current and unaltered.

Limitation of Liability

uh77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure, stable, and reliable service, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding the availability, functionality, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uh77 disclaims all liability for:

• Loss or corruption of data, including loss of Account balance information, bet history, or personal records.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, server outages, DDoS attacks, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays, bank transfer failures, e-wallet service outages, or game provider technical issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

In no event shall uh77's total liability to you exceed the balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

Suspension & Termination

uh77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Decision to cease operations in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Your remaining Account balance (excluding any forfeited bonus funds or winnings obtained through breach of these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to successful KYC verification.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of any losses or wagered funds.

Amendments to Terms

uh77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email and/or an in-Platform notification banner. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using uh77 and may request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services operating internationally. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through customer support shall be subject to binding arbitration.
